eLect Universal™

eLect Universal allows voters to independently cast secure ballots via computer or Internet connection. An affordable, secure, and universally accessible (HAVA-compliant) digital election solution that complies with local voting protocols, eLect Universal is the broadest digital election solution available.

eLect Universal can be implemented by itself or with other Everyone Counts solutions (or integrated with your existing election management system).

eLect Access™

eLect Access is a cost-effective election solution for telephone-voting (either landline or mobile) for voters without computer access or the ability to use a computer.

With strict HAVA compliance in mind, Everyone Counts has designed the eLect Access interface for easy use by voters with visual impairments, motor impairments, and/or illiteracy. The solution offers the option for a real human voice to be used (not just text-to-speech like some other solutions) in any language, and supports any universal access-enabling hardware interface that can operate with a standard telephone.

eLect Today™

eLect Today provides email- and fax-enabled voting solutions for situations where officials lack legislation supporting end-to-end, fully secure digital elections. Some states authorize electronic ballot transmission, but this often exposes ballots to potential viewing or manipulation, or fails to provide a suitable, secure digital return channel. The security of the eLect Today email and fax system addresses these issues.

eLect Today allows overseas and other remote HAVA-compliant ballots to be cast securely, privately, and reliably, using the same user-friendly, universally accessible interface we created for eLect Universal, our flagship solution. Although a computer (using a secure website) delivers unique ballots to voters, the completed paper ballot is returned via fax, email, or post—whatever means allowed by the election official.
